Eligibility & Window
Pick and Get will provide full credit
for food or non-food items that arrive damaged or unusable because of shipping or handling conditions. All claims must be made to customer service via chat or email (info@pickandget.com) within five (5) business days of delivery.
Not Eligible
- Returns for taste, flavor, or package appearance preferences are not
accepted. - Items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for
return/inspection. - Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, even if your order qualified for free shipping.
Non-Grocery Items
Please keep all original packing
materials and documentation. You may be asked to return the product for inspection.
Return Shipping
The buyer pays return shipping. Carefully pack the item to prevent damage in transit.
How to Start a Claim
- Email info@pickandget.com within 5 business days of delivery.
- Include your name, order number, item name, and photos of the damage/issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit promptly.
