We offer store credit for any food or non-food items that are damaged or unusable due to shipping or handling issues. To be eligible, claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery via chat or email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, such as flavor or packaging design. Items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for return.
