Free Home Delivery for orders over $99 for the Central Jersey area without any perishable item fee.

Free Shipping orders will be delivered in 2 to 6 days. (at least 2 days handling time)

You can still place your order with paid shipping for a same-day shipping option.

Shipping Rates change depending on your location. The shipping cost will show up during checkout before the payment is made. You can pick FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The Shipping cost comes directly from the carrier data. We are not adding any cost to it.

3. if your order contains any perishable item, you must pay a $9.99 Perishable item fee to cover the protection foam box and ice pack cost.

Return Policy

Pickandget will provide full credit for any food or non-food products that are damaged or unusable because of the shipping and handling conditions. All claims must be made to our customer service via Chat or email within five workdays of delivery.

You cannot claim the items that you do not like in package shape or taste. Selections must be in original packaging, intact and unopened.

Non-grocery products please keep all original packing materials and documentation and provide them to us.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable even if you did not pay the shipping costs. BUYER HAS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COST Make a Return By Mail: For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at INFO@PICKANDGET.COM Give us your name, order number, and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced or refunded immediately.
